ClearFlo™ with the additional feature of an inner lumen in the inspiratory limb, bypasses the soda lime canister and delivers the fresh gas before the inspiratory one-way valve at the Y-piece close to the patient. This feature significantly reduces the level of rebreathing and allows for rapid changes in the desired anaesthetic concentration within two to three breaths.
